BEARPAW STRING TRADITIONAL FLIGHT CUSTOM

The Bearpaw String Traditional Flight is manufactured from B55, a material identical to Dacron.

The bowstring material used is the softest of the materials for bowstrings, and as a result, the Traditional Flight bowstrings can be used on all bow types, including bows made from completely natural materials, like bows made from a single piece of wood, or bio-composite ones.

Because of its high flexibility, it stresses the bow less and is therefore preferred for beginners' bows and bows made entirely of wood.

For the length of the bowstring, you can enter either the total length of the string in cm or the length of the bow in inches:

• If you enter the total length of the string, you will receive a string of that length
• If you enter the length of the bow in inches, you will receive a string 3" shorter than the bow (Because some manufacturers measure the bows differently, it's safer to order bowstrings by using the length of the original string.)

As the bowstring is a manufactured product, please allow for up to plus / minus 0.5 cm difference in length. If there is such a difference, it is very small and you can compensate easily for it by twisting or un-twisting the bowstring.

Recommended number of strands:

- 10-strand bowstrings for bows up to 30#

- 12-strand bowstrings for bows 31-40#

- 14-strand bowstrings for bows 41-50#

- 16-strand bowstrings for bows 51-60#

For two-colored strings, the first color will have more strands than the second color.
