BEARPAW WHISPER STRING CUSTOM

The Whisper string is a bowstring developed by Henry Bodnik in collaboration with renowned American archers.

A Whisper String has a low number of strands, which makes it very vast and allows the arrow to have a straighter flight curve.

One of the properties of this string is how silent it is, hence the name.

For the length of the bowstring, you can enter either the total length of the string in cm or the length of the bow in inches:

• If you enter the total length of the string, you will receive a string of that length
• If you enter the length of the bow in inches, you will receive a string 3" shorter than the bow (Because some manufacturers measure the bows differently, it's safer to order bowstrings by using the length of the original string.)

As the bowstring is a manufactured product, please allow for up to plus / minus 0.5 cm difference in length. If there is such a difference, it is very small and you can compensate easily for it by twisting or un-twisting the bowstring.

Recommended number of strands:

- 6-strand bowstrings for bows up to 20#

- 8-strand bowstrings for bows 21-40#

- 10-strand bowstrings for bows: 41-60#

- 12-strand bowstrings for bows: 61-70#

- 14-strand bowstrings for bows: 71-80#

- 16-strand bowstrings for bows: 81-90#

For two-colored strings, the first color will have more strands than the second color.
